How do I check delivery to my venue?
Send the venue name, full address, event date, and approximate guest count through our contact form. Include your preferred delivery time if you have one. Tina will review the location and event details with you.
Is delivery included in the cake price?
Delivery charges and any setup requirements are confirmed as part of your individual quote. Please share access details, such as stairs, parking restrictions, or a venue delivery window, when you inquire.
Can we discuss setup or pickup?
Yes. Tell Tina how you would like the cake or dessert table presented and whether you are considering pickup. The appropriate arrangements depend on the design, location, and event schedule and should be agreed before booking.
What if my town is not listed?
