Meet Chef Tina
Chef Tina is the founder and owner of De Lumière Pastry. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Communication Engineering, she pursued her passion for pastry at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in California, USA.

Following her internship, Chef Tina moved to Northern Virginia and joined Layered Cake Pâtisserie as Pastry Sous Chef, working alongside Chef Anthony Chavez, recipient of the Best Pastry Chef in Washington, DC (2010) award.
After the unexpected closure of Layered Cake Pâtisserie, Chef Tina became the Pastry Chef at 2941 Restaurant, working under Executive Chef Bertrand Chemel. During her time there, 2941 Restaurant was recognized by Northern Virginia Magazine as the Best Restaurant in Northern Virginia.
